Our high school Junior Staff program consists of members who volunteer on a weekly basis in our program areas, working hands-on with our Program Staff to facilitate activities, supervise children and engage Club members in projects.  In addition, they also participate in workshops and lessons on filling out a job application, creating a job resume and sharpening interview skills. The highlight of this program is watching our Junior Staff members grow into mentors for our younger Club members.
